  1. how long will it take to deliver my art?

    under the consumer rights act you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period to cancel a contract for artwork purchased online and get a full refund. once your 14 day cooling-off period has passed we can process your order:

    1.1 originals: we require 14 days to quality check and prepare your purchase for delivery.

    1.2 commissions: the time taken to produce a bespoke piece of art is hard to estimate. we will send progress updates throughout the process and contact you once it’s ready for delivery.

    1.3 artists proofs: as each artist proof is custom framed we require 21 days to print, frame, quality check and prepare your purchase for delivery

    1.4 signed prints: we require 14 days to print, frame, quality check and prepare your purchase for delivery.

    1.5 framed prints: we require 14 days to print, frame, quality check and prepare your purchase for delivery.

  2. how much is delivery?

    delivery costs vary depending on the type of artwork purchased as the pieces are different weights and sizes. we will get a price from your chosen courier or delivery agent on a sale by sale basis. to avoid disappointment you can purchase your artwork to secure it and then order delivery once your 14 day cooling off period has passed. we advise using an insured courier service.

    2.1 delivery options are available and costs will be calculated based on the type of artwork requested.

    2.2 commissions and original artwork can be hand delivered by the artist at the clients request.

  3. do you ship internationally?

    we do not ship internationally.

  4. what happens if my product is damaged during delivery?

    all items are inspected for quality and damage prior to shipping. we advise any delivery method has insurance to the value of the item purchased. we cannot be held responsible for damage in transit, please refer to our returns policy.
